Therefore, residents of Radiology Study Program in Diponegoro University create a routine morning jog every 2 weeks at Tri Lomba Juang sports arena. The enthusiasm is not only experienced by the students but also the lecturers. Morning jog is one of the most interesting sport. Besides its minimal requirements of advanced equipment and high cost, morning jog has tons of benefits such as maintain lung, heart, bone and muscle wellness, boost immune system and energy and improve sleep quality. With good immune system, our health can easily be maintained in the midst of daily busyness.
